I wasn't able to see the actual assembly line during my tour of Harley Davidson's plant in York, PA. They are currently producing the new 2011 line which hasn't yet been unveiled to the public. I did have an opportunity to see the chroming operations however, where over 30,000 parts are chromed every day. I also watched a robot polish a front fork assembly and an employee use a hydraulic press to stamp a rear fender for a 1999 touring bike out of flat steel.
